Overview
Coravin's email marketing had immense potential to improve in ways that could directly impact the business. By implementing new visual strategies, introducing industry-standard software, and onboarding an external agency, email became one of the top performing channels. During the 2021 holiday season, click through rate was up 12% year over year, and conversion rate was up 38% year over year.
